| Alice qualified in 1998 and worked in two smaller firms before joining Kieran Ryan & Co. in January 2000. Alice holds an audit practising certificate from ACCA and was appointed audit director and compliance officer of the firm in 2006. Alice looks after compliance matters for the firm and manages the audit and accounting department in conjunction with Jonathan Bennett and the management team. |

| Mary graduated with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University in 1996. Mary trained as a Chartered Accountant with a small firm and qualified in 2000. She spent eighteen months as audit manager in KPMG working in the audit department, specialising in small to medium sized companies. Mary joined the firm as audit manager in 2005. |
